Clean hotel located within steps of three major train stations. Would recommend, especially if you have an early train to Scotland or France. Several pubs and restaurants within an easy walking distance, including a Pret and a Starbuck’s right across the street. About a 15 minute walk to the British Museum.

We arrived from the Caledonian Sleeper train at around 8:05am, feeling a bit bedraggled. We assumed we’d have to drop our bags and then find somewhere to exist till our room was ready. Nope, the staff gave us an available room and we were so grateful. Pullman is always our go-to when visiting London because of its proximity to Euston and other train/tube stations. It’s always clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The staff at the hotel were very professional and helpful. The location was great for making a train connection. The building was very clean. My king size bed room was very spacious. The furniture was a little worn out. I had a wobbly armchair and it looked like one of the chairs legs was replaced without inappropriate match The shower was very weak. Not much pressure difficult to to rinse and get the shampoo out of your hair.

Front service staff member who checked us in and out was very friendly and engaging. Dinner at the restaurant was very good only to be outdone by their breakfast buffet the next morning. The only issues we had with our room location was the street noise outside, lots of sirens throughout the night.

We had a great time, the room was spacious, the bed was extra wide. It was quiet, we especially appreciated the air conditioning during a heat wave. Breakfast was amazing, the buffet had something for everyone. We were able to leave our luggage to continue exploring the city after checkout.
