This large 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom town home is 1950 square feet of amazing ski in and ski out luxury. Located right on the ski run where the Whitetail and Serwa's runs meet, you can ski right up to the back deck with a private hot tub. To ski out you just take a few steps up the hill and ski down Serwas to the lifts. The town home contains all the comforts and quality you should expect from a high-end accommodation. Complete with a private hot tub, large chef’s kitchen, heated tile and hardwood flooring, granite counters, a large gas fireplace, high ceilings and amazing views of the Monashee Mountains. We have a total of 5 HD 4K flat screen TVs; enjoy a movie together in the living room on a 65" screen or relax in the bedrooms and watch a show. This is the perfect place for families to enjoy all that Big White has to offer. Bring your skis, snowboards, ice skates, sleds and bikes.

The Town home:

This Big White ski in and ski out town home is located in Grizzly Ridge, Big White's only gated community, with unparalleled ski in and ski out access.

Main Master Bedroom
The master Bedroom is very large and contains a king bed, night tables, large dresser, closet and 55” HD 4k TV. The en-suite has a double shower and double vanity with heated tile floors.

Lower Master Guest Bedroom
The lower master Bedroom contains a queen bed, night tables, dresser, and a 55” HD 4k TV. The full en-suite has a tub and shower with heated tile floors.

Bedroom 1
This bedroom has a custom-made mission bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a XL twin on top. We had it built for adults with extra head room. There is a 49” HD 4k TV.
Bedroom 2
This bedroom is identical to bedroom number 1 with a custom-made mission bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a XL twin on top. We had it built for adults with extra head room. There is a 49” HD 4k TV.

The Main Floor:
This is the area where everyone comes together in a big open space to eat and relax after a day on the mountain. The large kitchen has a gas range with a warming drawer, a large fridge\freezer combo, dishwasher and microwave. You will also find all the small appliances like a crock pot, toaster, coffee machine, blender in addition to a full set of cookware and flatware.

Just off the kitchen is the rear deck with a hot tub and you can ski right off the run onto the deck. Amazing! See the photos and Big White Trail Map.

The dining table and bar have adequate seating to accommodate a full house of guests at meal time. The living room has a made to order full leather sofa that delivers luxury and comfort in a warm inviting space by the fire place.


Parking:
A single car private and secure garage that will fit a SUV or 1/2 ton pickup. Extra Large vehicle parking is available in front of the garage. Store your bikes, skis, boards and gear is garage. There is no street parking. Extra vehicles must park at happy valley.
