"The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. We had a refurbished room on the 18th floor overlooking the harbour which was great. Although the room had an enclosed balcony, there was no seating which we found odd. However, after asking at reception, 2 chairs were provided for which we were grateful. The negatives were not enough closet and wardrobe space. We had one drawer each apart from a small bedside drawer."

"Room was nasty food crumbs in drawers alone the edge of the carpets in the room way a thick layer of dirt and dust bunnies the need to buy an edging tool for their vacuum. There way sticky residue on the desk and what looked like dried boogers on the handle for the shower wand. It is renovated but it looks like the renovation was done like a slum lord. Just paint right over the damage and debris. There was black mold on the windows. And every day the cleaner piled everyone’s garbage next to our room door while they were cleaning rooms so a disgusting rotting garbage door filled our room every time we opened the door. This isn’t the worst hotel we have stayed at as the location is good but it was gross!!"

Even if you aren't staying at the hotel, go for the Mediterranean sea bass. It’s easily one of the best dining experiences in the city. Service: The staff here are the real MVPs. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was incredibly attentive and actually seemed happy to help, which can be rare in busy city hotels. Pro Tip: Ask for a room on the higher floors. The view of the surrounding architecture and the peek-a-boo glimpses of the mountains are worth it."
