Staff warm and polite. Staff did not make too much noise and they spoke very gently all the time. Air is not too stuffy. A comfortable flight.

Japan airlines service was pretty awesome! All flights I boarded with Japan airlines were unbelievably run so perfect ! Quick loading, extremely friendly staff in all areas! we almost missed our flight, so they had staff run us through security, than run with us to the gate to load on the plane ! Even when picking up luggage they have staff standing the luggage up with handles ready for customers to grab conveniently. On going where ever Japan airlines flies I’ll be flying with them.

Kids should always be seated with their parents automatically. Going on long flights/International flights we need to see our kids at all times and seated next to our kids gives us comfort knowing that they are safe.

Japan Airlines operates on a level that other airlines should aspire to.

a baggage policy that included sports equipment (skis) would be helpful. We did not get charged for our skis but waited while they measured our oversized bags and discussed them for some time in Japanese. We thought we were going to be charge $200 USD but managed to avoid it for some reason.
