I was getting notifications that the flight was departing an hour later than scheduled. We continued to monitor the delay. When we arrived at the airport the flight was on time and I was scolded by the person checking us in. Luckily I had taken screen shots of the Air Canada website, Expedia app and the Sydney Airport website which all showed a delay. Another, Air Canada employee also came to the counter actually said "when you have kids and luggage you really should show up earlier!" I explained that anyobebwith kids would not purposely show up late for a flight and proceeded to show her the screen shots I had from the day before and earlier that morning showing the delay. She brushed it off and said that it must have been a glitch on my phone and rolled her eyes at the other attendant. I cannot explain why three sites were showing a delay but the employees were rude and condescending. The service on the flight was great and the attendants were very friendly!
