    This is a basement apartment in a family home with two children and two dogs. Very nice family, dogs are kept away from your entry area when outside. I was actually surprised that in the short time they’ve been doing this how they managed to get everyone to be so quiet most of the time. The dogs bark sometimes but it seems like the hosts have good control of their behaviour and can get them to stop rather quickly. The hosts are very friendly and always available if you need anything. It’s located in a safe great neighborhood. It’s easy to connect to any of the tri cities and about half an hour from both Vancouver or Abbotsford. There is a small park only a 5 minute walk with a beautiful river flowing through it. It’s also very close to many shopping amenities including superstore (groceries, clothing, household and beauty supplies), Dollarama, Canadian tire, ikea, 711 and quite a few outlet stores. There are also many parks in the area or a short distance away for endless hiking. It’s only a couple minute walk to the transit bus stop also. There is usually plenty of street parking if you decide to rent a car (I’m so glad I did I got to do so much and know the area and surrounding areas well!) It felt so new when I walked in that I thought I was probably the first one to ever stay there. Everything was spotless. It was WELL equipped with all the basics (Keurig, K cups, sugar, creamer, teas, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, plenty of extra soft throw blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, washing machine pods, dryer pods, kettle, toaster, pots pans cutlery all small kitchen and cooking necessities, plenty of towels, cable TV, basic cleaning products) I didn’t spend much time other then evenings and mornings there and would come back to recoup for a bit during the day. I would definitely stay there again when I return if they have availability. Thank you for everything ! Until we meet again !!…

    If you are looking for the best possible place to stay, this is it! The outdoor pool and immaculate grounds give a great first impression as you enter the beautifully decorated suite which has all you could possibly need for your stay. It has been well thought out and nothing has been overlooked. I appreciated that Cleanliness was top priority in this time of worldwide concern. The hosts are wonderful people who quickly make you feel like family. Wish I could give them 10 Stars!⭐️…
