"Over all it was a good convinced place for our stay. It was a shame though that after getting a fire alarm at 2am and having to go to the lobby the guests weren’t offered any compensation such as breakfast. I understand it was out of their control but it would’ve been a nice gesture. "

"Hyatt Regency Vancouver was an inch away from being a five star experience. If they had room service then it would be 5 stars all day long! Otherwise, check in and check out were flawless. Car rental from ACCESS Rentals in the lobby was super convenient. Food and amenities were minutes away. I would definitely stay here again and again. "

"We could not get our safe to work in our room. In addition, the phone in our room went off like an alarm in the middle of night, 2 out of the three nights we were there, which was frustrating. The bed board was worn and the fabric looked damaged. On the positive side, the staff were helpful with dining recommendations and directions. "
