I recently stayed at Park Plaza and it was fantastic! The location was the draw for me, just a minute or two from Victoria Station, but it was the comfort of the bed and the gorgeous bedding and pillows that really upped the overall experience. (Please Park Plaza, tell me where I can buy that amazing bed topper and bedding set. The nicest I’ve ever experienced). The room was spacious and the bathroom, with slate tiles, was really lovely, as well. London is more pricey than other cities so I...

The hotel was perfect for a 4 night stay in London. The location was so central and near a subway station. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Just be mindful if you book the King deluxe room, the bed is more of an XL double. It worked for four nights. The breakfast was wonderful, with many healthy options to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

This a beautiful small hotel adjacent to the British Museum. The staff are friendly, attentive and committed to ensure comfort and a great stay. Great food in the restaurant, atmosphere in the bar and central sitting with coffee in the morning and hot chocolate in the afternoon. Short walk to Russel Square tube Station gives quick access to the London sites and a direct connection to Heathrow. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in London.

A true gem that we stumbled on by chance. Friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed restaurant with a great breakfast buffet. Good security. Room was clean and warm. A bit small by North American standards but so was the price. Some good restaurants nearby, and close to the underground. Would be my first choice if in London again.
