This hotel is an excellent location for anyone wanting to be close to the Elizabeth line, Paddington or the multiple Hop on Hop Off bus routes. Rooms are very small and there is no elevator, but staff are incredibly helpful and will get your luggage where it needs to be. Hotel is clean and in a safe and quiet area.

Because of its proximity to the underground, Paddington rail station and Hyde Park, and helpful/friendly staff, always a very good place to stay in London. Cost is very reasonable also. Best to come during early Spring and Fall since air conditioning incurs a slight extra charge.

The room was small but had everything there. The ensuite was definitely added on and the shower was smaller than an RV shower! The staff were super friendly and helpful. If we could rate the staff higher than 5 we would! The location was great so close to Paddington station and transit.

Close to the station and amenities, staff very helpful. We stayed in family room, beds were very comfortable, you could hear the tubes underground rumble a little bit, but that didn’t really bother us as we were out alot and they do stop. Would stay again.
