The front desk staff were extremely helpful, and the setup was perfect for families. One area for improvement would be housekeeping—if daily cleaning isn’t provided, it would be helpful to have basic cleaning supplies available in the apartment. This a really nice big unit but there is no air condition in the living room (which was okay because it's September and we were out most of the day). The two bedrooms come with portable window AC that emit loud noises throughout the night. It was not a pleasant sleep.
