« Mixed feelings about this stay.
I stayed here solo for leisure, 12 nights.
The price was very competitive, and the location is excellent — close to several public transport options (Elizabeth Line, Thames Clipper, DLR, and National Rail), with restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
Unfortunately, the housekeeping fell short. While the bedsheets, towels, and bathroom were perfectly clean, the room itself was quite dusty, and turning on the A/C would send dust particles into the air — not ideal...

I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. « Its a shared bathroom and isn’t listed like that, Room 1, the bedding was used and the pillow case had blood on it, the pillows are over worn and just lumpy the walls have mould on them and the second wall is in very poor repair with white paint splashed on over grey paint, the floorboards has big gaps between them, the bathroom has a wrap wound curtain where you can barely stand without the curtains touching you that are also very tired, the doors have big gaps and the windows don’t close...
