Everything about my stay at the Hilton was excellent and truly amazing. The quality of the entire experience was outstanding. The only drawback was that the room wasn't cleaned daily, and amenities like shampoo, conditioner, towels, and toilet paper weren't replenished regularly. Aside from this, everything was wonderful and highly recommended.

Great location, walking distance to most of the main attractions. Great hotel, great style. Room was super nice and bed very comfy. Would stay again. Room with view on the river is great for the view, just a bit noisy at night with sirens and honks. But overall perfect stay in Chicago !

Making people feel special must be their superpower because I was pleasantly surprised by a special gift I received for my birthday. The staff was always courteous, helpful and friendly. I loved that the lobby where they had a few games you could play but was so relaxing and quiet that there were several people just sitting around and chatting. It's proximity to the L had its pros and cons. The only con being the noise but it was so minimal that you only heard it while sitting on the window...

First time in Chicago and we loved this little spot! Breakfast included was excellent, the dining space was great. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. It was easy to get to the hotel and was so close to local transit and walking distance to a lot of sightseeing features. We would stay here again should we ever visit!

The overall hotel experience was great. Good location for restaurants and about a 20min walk to downtown. Front line staff were not very helpful with recommendations - the 2 that we spoke to on different days did not help much but that is what Google is for.
Room was clean and spacious. There was a full sized fridge, dishwasher and stove - which was great since we had an infant with us. The bed was a little soft for out liking but it was a king bed with lots of room to move.

Large, spacious rooms that had a nice seating area. Staff were very helpful, and they had lots of amenities (eg laundry machines with free detergent, large gym). Free breakfast was of stellar quality. Location is also very close to just about everything.
