« Cet hôtel est moderne et sans doute l'un des meilleurs emplacements de Chicago! Il est moderne et très bien décoré avec un lobby très chaleureux, avec cheminée et un personnel chaleureux. La chambre est incroyable. Le seul bémol pour les familles est qu'il n'y a pas vraiment de bar ou de petit déjeuner (sauf la brasserie communicante) mais il y a tellement tout juste autour que c'est parfait! »

« L'établissement est très bien au niveau des installations et de la propreté. La chambre avec vue sur ville avait une vie magnifique. Toutefois, nous avons été déçu de constater que nous n'avons pas obtenu l'avantage VIP annoncé sur le site Expedia (qui était un crédit de 20$ US par nuit). Le personnel n'a pas été accommodant pour la question du tout et nous ont dit qu'il n'était même pas au courant que nous sommes membre Expedia. C'est la première fois que cela nous arrive et Expedia n'a pas...

« Bel hôtel super bien placé. Cela nous a permis d’arpenter le Loop dans tous les sens. La Chicago River et le Millenium Park sont tout près. Nous avions pris une chambre avec vue Millenium et avons eu une chambre en angle sur un étage élevé. Vue vraiment superbe des 2 côtés. Chambre/suite en outre très confortable. Très propre. Personnel à l’écoute. Housekeeping selon demande. Le restaurant est aussi très bien : lieu agréable et cuisine excellente »

Bonus points for being connected to Nordstrom/ my husband always appreciates sitting at the Nordstrom bar while I shop!
