"The room was nice but the air didn’t work, the radiator clicked all night and the lights constantly flickered. The guest above had children that ran across the floor until midnight and the maintenance technician could only suggest we open the window to keep cool. "

"Breakfast was pretty good but they ran out of coffee and hot water both days I was there. The teenagers I was with really liked the pool table on the 2nd floor. Bar prices for bottles beer seemed on the verge of gouging but maybe that is just Chicago costs? Staff was excellent. Everyone that I interacted with treated me like a guest and was very hospitable. Would recommend."

"Parking is either street parking or the garage which is pay to park which is the same for about any where you go in Chicago. Breakfast was pretty standard but the muffins were amazing don’t know how they keep them so moist but definitely recommend trying them but they only had them out on weekday mornings. The room was nice only down side was the bed sheets kept fighting with them every night to keep the corners on. Also the gym had a nice water fill station and if you need to do laundry bring $5 in quarters because the hotel doesn’t keep change on hand. "

"Great rental spot in the city and perfect for our in-town weekend birthday getaway. Location is really convenient to the entire west side. A nice big open front room and kitchen with lots of light, 2 nice bedrooms with bathrooms, and an amazing upper deck area with city skyline views. The covered garage parking spot in the back is a nice bonus. Easy check in. Clean. Highly recommend!"

"Definitely a hotel for adults. When checking in was told no kids or pets. The room was very basic but clean. Big comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. The jacuzzi tub was big enough for 2 and got nice and hot. There is a $100 CASH deposit when checking in that we weren't expecting so dont get stuck using they're ATM. When checking out, the attendant goes and personally checks the room to be everything is in order and then gives you your cash deposit back."

"The staff was nice and available as advertised but the entire place does not have nearly enough good qualities to make up for the fact that the rooms are disgusting. It seemed fine enough on the surface until we checked the floors and mattress. The floors weren't even swept and the mattress itself looked like it was borrowed from a dumpster behind a brothel- stained and smelly. There were also clusters of black dots in all corners of the mattress just under the sheets which looked like bed bugs or signs of bed bugs to the point where we just checked out and did not sleep there. Granted, after leaving we didn't have any issues with any bed bugs, so I don't think that was the case but the fact that it even looked like that was enough to give us paranoia about it for days."

"Easy to get to downtown attractions. Plenty of light. Lots of space. Host should think about selling whatever it was they were cooking downstairs because it smelled incredible every night. Beds were a little firm but living room couch was large and nice and cozy. Host was prompt with replies. Never felt unsafe. Would stay here again "

"The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha."
