"Stayed here 7 nights and really enjoyed it! Great staff and property. Beautiful beach with plenty of seating. We ate at the buffet, restaurants, and sports bar and were happy with all of the food. Would definitely recommend this property!"

"Excellent beach and pools. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are great. Currently remodeling some rooms. Food is hit or miss as they are trying to imitate the United States. But you dont really go for the food but unlimited drinks. Will go again."

"I loved this property! The staff was on point, food was amazing, beach was nice! Riu party was lit and they even have pacha the night club. So many activities. My only complaint would be the bathroom in the rooms are moldy! Our shower was oldy and so was the toilet. But nonetheless the room was clean and the property overall was clean! "

"Service and people we’re great "

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "

"This property is badly in need of an update. Patio doors have no seals causing noise and rain to come through. Kitchen was poorly stocked with glassware, dishes and cooking pans, toaster had a dangerous electrical shortage, there was no dining table, and water pressure and temperature from the showers was very poor. View from the balcony was the rooftop utilities of the building in between us and the beach. Staff tried had to please but they could only do so much. We stayed in one of the...

"Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends and family."
