The food was terrible. Our room was dirty with no towels. The service was terrible, very rude staff. There was no reservations available for dinners ever. I got food poisoning during my stay.

Me pareció un hotel agradable,todo lindo,el staff súper amable,la comida no estaba tan buena,para ser caribe le faltó comida de playa(mariscos,pescado,un buen ceviche) pero creo que en todos los resort no dan seafood…Las animación de los niños las tenían que hacer temprano tipo 6 no 9pm cuando los adultos no queríamos ver cosas de Disney.

Our stay was very good. The staff was very pleasant. My only complaint is the shower. The water comes out of the shower and the floor gets flooded. Overall it was an amazing trip.

The property was nice. It was the service staff in the buffet area that was off. There were certain waiters that seemed like they didn’t want to serve me and my friend. We asked for drinks she asked if we needed anything else we said no. If we knew The cups of our drinks were going to be small we would’ve told her so we didn’t have to bother her. We asked a bus boy If he could get us some more drinks. He told the same server about our drinks she rolled her eyes. She then came back with 3 drinks seemed like she was trying to be funny and she also slammed the drinks on the table as if we were asking for too much when it was her job to serve. And then the other days we were there it seemed like we were invisible waiting to get cups, utensils, not getting checked up on like the other guests. The waiters would look in our faces. See we have nothing on our table to eat or drink with and keep walking to the tables around us. It’s very unprofessional. I understand there were others but some of the staff from the buffet was just rude.

I made a reservation for my mother for one night and thank God it was only one night. My sister had a reservation there as well with her family and was not content. Starting with the check in , they gave my mother the room very late in the evening, the room smelled like mold on a second floor with a non functioning elevator. They had to switch her and didn’t have the courtesy to credit her for the inconvenience. The service was horrible and the quality of the rooms and hotel overall was poor. SAVE YOUR MONEY !! The Dominican Republic has many amazing resorts, this is NOT one of them !!!!

Food and atmosphere was great, room was not up to par, air conditioner leaked, leaving standing water on floor. No one seemed concerned.. Expedia contacted hotel on our behalf after i did a surgery of check in and left bad rating
