I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

I wish I had more space to write all the complaints. I have never wrote a vacation complaint. This deserves attention to hopefully save the next potential guest. To summarize, Excellence Club service is not worth it. One night instead of recieving the Tomahawk steak I paid extra for, I was given a piece of filet the size of a baby carrot, You will see 2 steaks in photo. They do not look like tomahawk steaks to me! They were out of some exclusive menu items each night. 30 minute hydrotherapy included - booked our whole stay. Out cheese at the omelet station, out of burgers 10 minutes after the restaurant opens for lunch, no guac of pico for nachos, no refills on common items at breakfast buffet. Room service dishes from our first 3 days found stuffed in our closet. Paid extra for swim up room entrance. Asked 3 employees how to turn on hot tub. All 3 said, I don't know and never offered to get us help. Beach service for upgraded club membership-- sat there 2 hours and watched the server provide drinks to some but not all guest, I had to go to bar 3 times during those 2 hours and get my own. The dirty glasses blew over into sand. Finally after 2 hours, I picked them up and left beach. Whole trip, you had to walk at least 15 feet through solid seaweed to get to water. Not 1 attempt to rake or remove my whole trip. Trip was an absolute disaster. Night manager was sweet. I feel sorry for her.
