Iberostar Golf Course Tours and Activities

This was my second time at the resort and this time the quality was not the same the first room we had gotten had a moldy damp smell so we gave it the night the next morning all my clothes were damp and the lights phone and tv would not work they had maintenance come in to fix the tv phone and lights they said the smell and dampness was from the air conditioner not being on properly we came back from the pool and all of the paper products were sticking to the tables and it completely made our passports warp when I went down to check in, because again my phone wasn’t working there was some push back on a new room and then they said they couldn’t accommodate until 3 The positives are that we have made friends here and i love nurturing relationships Lieser at the pool bar, our amazing concierge

Loved this resort 10/10 all the staff were amazing

Given that this is an Excellence, and more expensive than other resorts, I expected a higher quality resort. We have friends that have been there multiple times and told us that it is very run down right now. Upon talking with others that we met, they had the same conception. There is construction going on, so the restaurants were moved from the beach/pool area. I would have liked more outside dining access. The only restaurant at the beach was always busy so we had to wait, and the pool menu is limited. The food was good, but still not at the quality I expected. The bathrooms at the pool area need updating, and I expected the rooms to be nicer. On a positive note... The staff was amazing!!! The service that we received from them was definitely exceptional. If the resort was updated to the level of the staff it would be 5 star!!
