"service was excellent. food was bland but edible, we were able to find some nice food at the buffet. Tried the steakhouse and it was over 1.5 hour wait, over 2 including waiting for table. not my favorite decor but I knew that going in. Lots of things to do. The beach and pools were absolutely amazing and in great shape, we had the least seaweed of all of the miles of beach we walked. There was a long wait at check in and they did move us where we hadn’t wanted to be… but responded well to...

"We really enjoyed our stay! Staff was friendly, the place was kept up but not the cleanest in some areas but there are a ton of people there at any given time. There’s a lot of places to be so it didn’t seem overcrowded. Can be by the party or off in a secluded area. The beach was great! Busy right by the resort but can move further down and it was very nice. The beach and resort was walkable and we walked the beach every day. We would go back!"

"The staff at this property really just get it. We got the privilege package. Our first room had a few issues, but the Butler chief Franklin made sure to have that rectified and even upgraded our room. He was absolutely wonderful throughout. Our whole entire trip was all of the privilege pool staff honestly everybody was amazing. I will definitely be returning to this resort in the future"
