The property is beautiful but the room had a lot of problems that had to be fixed. The food wasn’t good and the drinks were too sweet and didn’t have much alcohol in them. The beach was crowded and many of the sun chairs were broken. Entertainment was so so. It was disappointing.

Majority of staff attitude and friendliness are below standard. Reception staff needs better quality training on customs and courtesies. The dining staff goes above standard to accommodate customers. I visited/dined in the buffet and steakhouse only!!
