"I loved our beachfront room with a balcony. We had the best view in my opinion. The room was huge, loved that the fridge was stocked with drinks and a couple snacks. The bed was so comfortable, and we had two full bathrooms. I loved the grounds with tons of artwork, pools, and places to relax. It was convenient to have the shops for gifts/memorabilia and a convenience store for extra snacks or forgetfulness. The spa and massage was amazing. We did not get to enjoy any of the nightly entertainment shows but they looked and sounded like a lot of fun! The pools were kept clean and they also cleaned the moss up from the beach every night to make sure it was still enjoyable. Internet access was good and there was plenty to watch on tv since there were apps like Netflix provided as well. The dining options were endless and our dinners were so good. We did not want to leave and I would definitly stay there again!"

"Absolutely stunning. Check in was a breeze, Evgar truly went above and beyond to welcome us. At check in, he booked us a special dinner reservation at The Magna restaurant for my husband's bday. Although reservations are not required, they truly made this dinner special with rose pedalled table, a "happy bday" plaque and a mini cake.The resort has a vast array of restaurants and I was expecting average buffet food, but let me tell you the food was delicious. The resort app was convenient to see restaurant menus, hours of operation and also their dress code. For the most part, casual clothing is required, no flip flops or tank tops. Some restaurants require pants and collared shirts for men.The room was over the top with a jacuzzi, lots of snacks and drinks, and all necessary toiletries, including a toothbrush and toothpaste. Our pool was not at all crowded and had crystal clear blue water. We saw workers treating the pools overnight, and cleaning both the pool and all lounge chairs each morning. The beach view was amazing, and there are plenty of lounge chairs with shade available. Despite the surge of seaweed, it was cleaned off each morning. If you walk down the beach to either side of the hotel, you will find local shops with extremely affordable souvenirs and massages for 1/4 of the cost compared to the hotel shops and services. We purchased lots of souveniers from Carmen and Pedro's shop at "Wal-mart" and also from the shop on th eopposite side of the hotel."

"The hotel is extremely clean, very comfortable beds! Great for families, lots to do! Although not a part of the all inclusive package the kids played laser tag, bowling, and experienced the surf pool. As part of the all inclusive they loved the lazy river, water park and ice cream shop!! The kids club had a trampoline park (need jump socks) and they loved it. The beach is absolutely stunning, white sand and clear water! The staff was courteous and animated. Guedy and Humberto were great at check in!! Tip- rent a golf cart in advance! Huge property and although they have trolleys every 5 min nobody wants to wait! Highly recommend for families!!"

"The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure you are enjoy your time at the resort. My wife and I had a great time, we are looking forward to our next stay. While all the staff is very attentive and friendly, Mayordomo Rafael, the bartenders Jorge, Eric, and Ismael were standouts for us. Top notch service, no complaints!"
