I enjoyed my 2 month stay in Coal Harbour at Steve and Rita's condo. The location was perfect. The view was outstanding. The kitchen was well stocked. The building and area were quiet, well maintained and close to beautiful parks and walking areas. The hosts greeted me upon arrival and reviewed procedures and parking . I would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Harbor View Getaway
This property lives up to its billing as a great place to wind up/down or both. Located in a quiet building with a million dollar view of Coal Harbor yacht basin as well as situated within close walking distance to just about any service or activity one could wish for. Top that of with gracious managers Stephen and Rita and you are guaranteed to have a very pleasurable stay.

Super Nice Experience in Vancouver
It is so nice that we chose this Rita/Steve's apt when we stayed in Vancouver, it was the best experience ever, we really enjoyed our stays and the wonderful view of the harbor, as well as the convenient location to make almost everywhere is walkable in the downtown area (West End, Yaletown, Gastown...), Rita and Steve are very nice to help us for in and out, introduced the unit and showed us lots of spots in the neighbor, checked in during our stays to provide all the help to make sure we feel comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely be back sometime later!!

A lovely place to stay. Steve and Rita made it easy to make the transition when we first arrived and when we departed. The unit is well stocked with the initial staples as well as comfortable furniture and surroundings. The unit is quiet and secure. Steve and Rita were always available for any issues which may have arisen. VRBO came through again!

Wonderful Stay at Coal Harbour, Vancouver
Rita and Steven are very kind and considerate hosts. The suite is immaculately clean, and contains everything I could possibly need… with a fully equipped kitchen and very generous supply of linens. They ensured my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, providing many useful suggestions about unique amenities in the neighbourhood. They checked in with me from time to time to ask me if there was anything I needed. I found their suite to be so very comfortable and the view of Coal Harbour, Stanley Park and the North Shore mountains is simply stunning any time of day and in any weather. It was wonderful to be only one block from the waterfront and very close to the best shopping districts. I enjoyed many beautiful walks along the seawall and through the trails at Stanley Park. I really can’t imagine better hosts, nor a better stay

Spotless condo, great location.. Close to store, liquor mart & pharmacy
It was a great experience renting this condo.. The owners were excellent.. A small problem with the dishwasher was resolved within 10 mjnutes of texting.
