Easily found and accessed
The apartment was in a great location for downtown. Right across the street is an excellent Tepanyaki restaurant. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The bathroom tub needs to be re-caulked as there is a lot of mold on it but other than that the apartment was very clean. It is noisy as you are downtown and a lot of sirens but it did not disturb my sleep or my enjoyment of the VRBO, just be aware if you don't like noise. I would recommend this apartment as a place to stay. It is also in secured building which is nice. It is centrally located so we could Uber easily and cheaply anywhere we wanted to go or even walk.

The apartment is welcoming and cozy, it’s accessible for shopping and other parts of the City. For sure we will rebook these place again. I highly recommend it.

Great Clean Vancouver Condo!
Great Stay in Vancouver! Excellent very clean condo close to all amenities. Had no complaints and we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this Host. Superlative! P.S. a few things to consider for your guests are: scissors frying pans baking sheets dish towels bottle opener wine opener oven mitts. Thank you

We had to contact the host via Expedia a day before check in as we had not received any information on how to enter the property. Expedia sent an internal email and provided us some phone numbers for the host if there were any issues. The host responded stating they had sent the information to my phone number the day before, however I never received it. The person was helpful and sent the information via Whatsapp. The bathroom has mould around the bathtub which is not pleasant to look at. The location is handy to most things but can be very noisy at times.

Location was good but…
The check in process was awful. The key box is stored at a filthy convenience store located close by. It states open 24 hours, but it was closed when we arrived. The worker stated that he was working in the back so we stood outside waiting in the rain and were approached by many homeless people, which were everywhere. The apartment was average and by no means luxury. You couldn’t even open the balcony (had no chairs to sit on anyway) because of the extremely strong marijuana smell. Overall, it served its purpose for us as it was convenient to most places. The main rule was not to upset the neighbors but the girls in the apartment next to us were up partying until 3:00 am both nights. Our bedroom wall is shared, so we got little sleep. There was a bulky window air conditioner sitting in the corner of the tv room. I would have expected more for the price and will not stay again. I am not usually this negative but this was very disappointing.

This property has been nicely updated so we were super surprized to see moldy caulking in the shower. This property noisy from the street. We could hear the crosswalk beeping as well as bar noise. We reached out to the host 3 times and did get a response.

Great Apartment/Poor Key Pick-up
The apartment was very accommodating, however, when we arrived to pick-up the key no one had sent the code to get into the lock box. This code to be sent the day prior to our arrival. Luckily, through text (a phone call went to voicemail), we were sent the code while standing in the convenience store. Also, I thought the dryer/washer were in the apartment, but they are located on the floor. This was not an inconvenience, and we were supplied with a card to pay and soap!!! All in all a very nice apartment!!!

Booking through last minute beds then having another company managing the booking is not a great idea. It was often difficult to contact the host. There was no email very frustrating especially when you don’t have wifi and travelling from another country. The bathroom needs regrouping due to mould. Will nnot recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Lots to improve
- Key collection was awful. Technical problems meant we had to reboot the key pass system three times before it worked. Horrible experience after arriving late in the evening as it took over 20 minutes. Management werent very helpful and refused to take our call insisting on text only. - Wifi didnt work - No plug for bath so we couldnt use. No response from management when raised this. - comfy bed and mostly clean. Good kitchen facilities. - not ideal location, but security for building good. Very loud at night.
