Fully forested and primarily undisturbed, this island boasts a diverse, rocky shoreline, moss-covered bluffs and a magnificent forest with some ancient, towering old-growth fir and a complement of beautiful arbutus trees. This 1 bedroom plus loft home is accessible by boat or water taxi from Campbell River. The home features sweeping views of Gowlland Bay. Enjoy your morning coffee from the deck with the local seals, otters, eagles and porpoises.
The living room features a stunning rock fireplace with an open concept layout to allow ocean views throughout.
The master bedroom is spacious and features a private deck overlooking the bay.
There is a propane heated rock hottub on the cliff overlooking the ocean.

I love this place!
What a gem! Calm water, crabs everywhere, porpoises out the window. It is a classic Canadian cabin, just like in lake country, except without the mosquitoes but with salmon right outside. We managed to get there in a small open boat (our big one was out of commission) by doing a deal with nearby April Pt Marina.
