The staff were excellent and wow, the chef's vegan meals were superb. "We loved this hotel! In fact, we loved it so much that we changed our plans and came back for a couple of days at the end of our trip. The rooms are cute, clean and comfortable. The pier on the lake was heavenly. The staff was so nice, too. The only drawback was the ice machine wasn't working, but on our second stay it appeared they had a replacement ready to install. "

"Room was clean and well-maintained. It had an airconditioner and 2 comfortable beds. It's in a beautiful, tranquil place in front of the lagoon. You can use the kayaks, canoe and paddleboard. Breakfast is provided and is freshly made when seated. It's a mexican breakfast and it's satisfying before starting the day."

"If you're looking for luxury, you won't find it here. The hotel has many positives, though: our room and the bathroom were both quite spacious. The large balcony, with its view of the lake, was great. That said, if you have knee issues or are very overweight, the room we had won't work. The steps to get to it are steep. Not an issue, unless it is for you personally. In addition, the hotel has its own access (not a beach) to the lake, with complimentary kayaks and paddleboards. Its proximity to the town (5 min by car) makes it very convenient. The one negative I'd highlight is Wi-Fi. It was never fast enough, and sometimes it barely worked. "

"Una experiencia única, en la mitad de la jungla, totalmente natural, con árboles dentro de la habitación. El personal superrrrrr atentos y amigables. El desayuno muy saludable y con ingredientes orgánicos. Mi única anotación es que al ser en la mitad de la jungla y ecologista, pues no hay fumigación y se encuentran todo tipo de insectos dentro de la habitación y en las instalaciones."
