Bacalar is a very laid back, relaxing place to spend a few days. The lagoon is crisp and clean, great for swimming, and boating. There are a few good restaurants for nice dinners. We would go back for relaxation.

Off the beaten path but without a doubt one of the most beautiful places in southern Yucatan. The lagoon is spectacular. Great place to relax, swim, go on a boat ride.
