It was far from the city and we asked to pay one night but not the second no response from the hotel. We did not stay there. Way to many stairs for my husband’s bad knees

The staff are great here and make you feel like family. 5 stars. Food and drinks were great everything we ate was delicious.The bed was very comfortable. We had a great stay-no problems or complaints just some suggestions or wishes. As others have mentioned some lotions would be nice also robes. Tissues and washcloths too. Our rooms were very spacious (105&106) had beautiful views. They were so spacious we were tempted to bring the chairs in from the deck so we could sit up and read as it rained most of our stay.-there is room for 2nice chairs FYI

Excellent location and service! Our little family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay.
While the lagoon and location are absolutely breathtaking, it is the people that made our experience so memorable and wonderful; especially, Andrea “Gong” (Reception); Daniel, Angel and Manuel (Hunab Ku Servers); Ignacio (Pontoon Tour Guide); Alondra (Sip and Paint); and Leydi (Reception).

What a cute boutique hotel. We loved our stay and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. We loved cooling off on the evening on our rooftop plunge pool! You can walk to anything. The infinity pool is refreshing and clean. The room was lovely too. You won't be disappointed.

The hotel is very beautiful, very modern. The architectural details are interesting but not always practical. For example, there are many steps that, on the one hand, are steep, on another hand, are shallow, making walking difficult even for healthy people. As my husband arrived with a recently broken leg, he had very limited chances to enjoy the outside. The view from our room was beautiful though. We met the chef and he is definitely talented but a better dining program would be welcome. With more interaction and (much) better choice of wines. The cocktails were rather good.

"We never got a true confirmation or check in information for this property. When we called VRBO (very difficult from abroad) they said this was a false listing (my daughter had to do this in the states as it was too difficult form afar). We eventually was reimbursed but we had to scramble to find ..."
