"The Pestana Rua Augusta treated us so wonderfully on our 2-night stay during our honeymoon. Upgraded room, congratulatory champagne and chocolate covered strawberries—we were so happy! This location is centrally located and walkable to most spots in the city. For those spots outside of the neighborhood, it is easy to access both the Metro, buses, and trams. We would not hesitate to stay here the next time we visit Lisbon. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful."

The hotel is located down a cobblestone street not accessed by cars, with lots of very aggressive restaurants along the path. The room was spacious enough, but it is a real no-frills experience. "Location of this hotel is amazing for those hoping to hit the main areas. A few minute walk gets you everywhere you want to see, while we did not have any issues with noise. The room is small, but we found it fine for two people staying for three nights. Bar inside the hotel was nice, we did get food there one night and it wasn't great but the drinks and service were.
