The hotel is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is very convenient as you can walk to many nice red and tourist areas. The staff is very helpful and ensures you have everything to make your stay enjoyable. My only issue was when I was trying to extend my stay as the reservation department took a long time to respond .

Some rooms, including ours, there are no elevators and you need to use lots of stairs. Also, they don’t have parking; you have to take your car to the next block hotel!

The property was excellent for a family. The rooms were very spacious. The views were amazing. The hotel was close to many shops and different food places. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel gave you water and desserts every night and they even took into account that my husband was vegan.

Great location within walking distance to everything! However, the elevators from town was not running so we had to walk up the steep hill daily from town. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast offered a variety of continental food as well as an Ala carte menu. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!!!

Most elevated hotel. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The little touches like turn down service and needs check made the stay feel special. The restaurant was beautiful and the spa totally enjoyable. I can’t say enough excellent things. The location was great, near everything, exciting restaurants and night life. Easy six star stay
