Werent able to take out kids to use the pool and waterslide and were woken up but an out of town hockey team. The hotel did step up and offered us free breakfast and a later checkout

The staff was great. Rooms were not soundproof. View into junky residents backyards. I could see people in their kitchen. I did let the desk know that I needed a ride at 3:15am to the airport. They assured me the van was available on demand, but the had no driver and I had to wait 15-20 min for a taxi. They did pay for the taxi.
