We loved everything about this property. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever seen. The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to see locally and close to any transportation needed for excursions outside of Lisbon. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel!

I was so happy I made my reservation at this hotel. The location is perfect, right at the center of everything like Praca do Comercio, Rossio Square,etc. We could walk to almost all attractions and restaurants within 15 to 20 minutes.

We stayed 3 nights here. The property is centrally located to be able to walk to a lot of places. The staff is attentive and provides exceptional customer service. The cons: The bathroom seemed to be getting sewage smell constantly. Not sure if this was just an issue with our room or drain. The breakfast in my opinion is not worth it. We did not like the taste of the food offered.
