Excellent! I love the great customer service with early checkin and greetungs everyday when I walk past the desk. Room was great too- modern and clean. Wish there were wash cloths though. I must admit that the $15 hotel breakfast is pretty overpriced but everything else was worth the money.

I was upgraded upon check in with no extra charge. We got into the room and it smelt like cigarettes and it was a very strong stench. The AC gets turned off at night so room smelt really strong it was hot. There was a weird white residue on the ceiling. I don’t think I will stay again because of the smell and it not being clean.

The air conditioning was not working all three days of our stay they even change the panel still didn’t work the tempreture was 28/30 degrees and they had nothing to say refuse to change room, room it’s self was nice clean but staff didn’t know w rod of English was very difficult to communicate with the room cleaning staff only in reception they knew English, charged us extra 80 euros for 2 hours when the hotel was empty anyway ok I understand that’s a policy but altogether not recommended there was another lady complaining at the desk about her air conditioning too ridiculous in that tempreture they have not got any one to fix it !!!

We had a nice room on the 4th floor, overlooking the street, but not noisy. The room was a good size and reasonably well equipped. Staff were polite and helpful. Hotel was in a good location fir what we wanted to do.

We had 8 nights in this hotel; the first three nights our room had issues with the air conditioning fan bearings grinding which made it impossible to sleep; it took numerous complaints before the hotel director moved us to a room where they had just had the fan unit replaced. Once in the new room, our stay was great; the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The view from the rooftop bar is amazing.

We had a lovely stay. Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. It’s conveniently located near lots of good restaurants and the main tourist neighbourhoods in the old city. It’s up a hill though, so be prepared if you are lugging luggage on the subway from the airport or have mobility issues - but it was fine for us. A little noisy from street noise on the Saturday night with lots of partying nearby, but all of the other nights were peaceful. We’d definitely stay there again. The rooftop bar has lovely views too!

Good hotel with comfortable beds and a good breakfast. Staff aren’t friendly and don’t even smile at you or acknowledge you. The worst part of this hotel is the location. While in a tourist area of the city it is also in the party district. The noise at night is unbearable with car horns going off, people yelling and screaming. While they are out having a great time you can’t sleep. If you can get a back room you might be ok but if you get a front room facing the street sleeep won’t come easy.
