one room was downgrade to 10.5 sm' ( square meter ) with bathroom inside the room, instead of 14 sm' with separate bathroom as we paid. when we complained- answer were rude, and the manager told us "that we can leave the hotel and he will refund us...". only the next day they upgraded us. look at the net - it is a regular trick of this hotel.

This beautiful hotel has professional and friendly staff. The hotel is clean and safe, with lovely restaurant and plenty of choices on their menu. I had an upgraded room with a complimentary bottle of wine, the room was clean, spacious, with balcony and city view. The hotel location is a minute from metro station, easy to get from and to the airport. It is walkable to attractions, easy access to public transport, nearby restaurants, cafes and shopping. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Browns or our honeymoon trip and entered to find a chilled bottle of champagne and a bed covered in rose petals. What a sweet gesture by the staff. The room was totally quiet, super comfortable bed, and climate controlled. 10/10 would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect as well giving us easy access to such great spots all on foot.
