Rui Silva went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. He was caring and very respectful of our needs. All the staff were helpful and ensured we had a pleasant stay.

The location was the best part. Found the amenities that should come as standard like availability of breakfast, access to bat etc. was being rationed to make it Premium. Also vouchers offered for free drink were useless as it was not very clear where they cam be used

The staff were quite friendly. However the place is dirty, there was a cockroach in our bed on the 1st night of our stay- we had to be the ones to suggest they changed our room. Also the beds were made every morning but they never changed the sheets. Overall poor in the cleanliness side of things. Such a shame.

It was in somewhat of a good area with city center but if you go the wrong way it’s unsafe. The hotel is under construction and is old so needs updating. Very noisy around hotel as well. Staff was good and so was breakfast!!

The hotel was very nice. Our room was an upgrade with a balcony that we really enjoyed. Breakfast was very good. We never got to the rooftop bar which looked great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping and reception/bell service. I had forgotten items in our room and they very kindly collected and held then for us.

Overall I didn’t liked the property. Our room was smelly and bathroom tub was getting clogged while taking showers . They had a roof top bar which was nice . Hotel guest had no privacy from outsiders entering the bar . Anyone can access to your rooms. You can find better hotels than this . Before coming here we’re in another hotel which was way better than this . Someone recommended this one but unfortunately it was ok.

Beautiful old hotel. Our room was very large, which is nice. Parking on the other hand wasn't great. Its underground and very small. It was difficult to get down the winding ramp and into the small parling spaces.

Great location. And decent size clean room. However was told room service was available 24 hours, when we did try calling they told us to call back in 5 mins. And when we did they told us the kitchen was closed.
