The location couldn't be better. The staff was absolutely wonderful. My room was comfortable, nice hot shower. Breakfast was bountiful and fresh.

This hotel was just a perfect boutique hotel, so new and clean. The staff was amazing and so helpful. It was in a great location, easy walking to everywhere. The breakfast was a perfect way to start a busy day... Highly recommend!

Tempo FLH couldn't be more conveniently located. It's literally next door to the Santa Justa elevator, and easy walking distance to many of the most famous old Lisbon neighbourhoods. It has an amazing breakfast selection as well. But, for us, the greatest asset is the windwrfully welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Thay truly made our dirst hours of our stay in Portugal an incredibly delightful time!

Wonderful location, right down town next to hundreds of restaurants and easy walking. Very helpful staff. "European" styled rooms but neat and clean.

The hotel is right in the heart of the area we wanted to visit. The only downside was the walk up one flight of stairs from the lift to the lobby to store luggage.

This hotel is right beside the Santa Justa Elevator, yet you hear no noise. Our room faced the main road and was very quiet. The hotel has no lobby on the main road, only an easy to miss (the first time) awning and security door. Push the intercom button and you are buzzed in. Take the elevator to the 4th floor and walk the flight of stairs up one floor to reception. We arrived mid-morning, we'll before check-in time. Tiago, the front desk clerk greeted us like we were old friends. He helped us with our wet and ruined bag (thanks to the airline), gave us directions to a place where we could buy a replacement, directed us to scenic areas to visit until our room was ready and safely stored our property while we were away. He, and all front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Our room was clean and well appointed. Wi-Fi good, breakfast very suitable, public transportation, restaurants, and shopping within minutes. We recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
