The rooftop bar is nice and the pool and spa area on the 3rd floor is very nice although the corridors leading to the area could do with some freshening up. The hotel is big and busy, but it never felt crowded and we did not have to wait for long for assistance. "

"Nice modern property, good valet parking which made it easy to access by car which is not always easy in Lisbon. Staff attentive, room spacious however there were a number of little things that could be better. I found the fact the bathroom is basically in the bedroom with glass walls a bit odd, the electrical blinds seemed cool but didn’t always work which was annoying, they wouldn’t give me a locker in the spa said I should go back to my room to change! If they get the little things right...

"Really centrally located and nicely appointed hotel. Staff were great and we even got a welcome drink as we checked in. They kept our baggage until we were able to check in. Room was excellent and the bar had a great selection of food. Only complaint was that we had to ask 3 times for extra coffee pods - one coffee in the morning wasn’t enough for us! They did eventually get us the extra caffeine we needed though."

"Let me start by staff being very nice and helpful and hotel has this clean scent from the minute you walk in. Room is spacious and very clean. Very comfortable. Ok so the down side, only one functioning elevator for the hotel . We stayed 4 days and all 4 days the other elevator was broken. The shower is i. The middle of the room with clear glass which you don’t have any privacy while showering. Great coffee machine in the room but I asked for creamer and they didn’t have available for all the...

"This is a well-appointed hotel, and our room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were very helpful, and spoke embarrassingly good English. The food was prepared to a very high standard. There is a nearby metro station that takes you straight through to the airport in about 20 minutes."

"This property is good overall - stayed here twice in the space of a month so reviewing two different rooms. Nice lounge area however their service is not five star nor are the hotel amenities. It would pass off as a 4 star hotel. Otherwise it is a nice hotel overall - room has no utilities apart from a empty mini fridge; bathroom has some technical issues and not easy to use facilities as such - like no soap dish, water pressure really high - sprays everywhere, no proper slippers - they are made...
