The resort itself is stunning — modern, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a peaceful adults-only getaway. Although it was seaweed season and the beach wasn't ideal for swimming during our visit, that didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment. There was still plenty of space to relax and take in the ocean view. We would absolutely recommend Haven Riviera Cancún, especially if you’re looking for a high-end, relaxing, and service-focused resort. We’re already thinking about when we can come back — hopefully during a better beach season!"

"I people that work there are always happy, very helpful and super courteous. Keyla at the jewelry store was very nice and easy to talk to. The prices are reasonable at the jewelry shop too. The food at all the restaurants and the buffets were very very good. I recommend putting the closed shoe requirement for men on your web site. I was at a beach resort! Who brings shoes to the beach? If I new up front from the beginning I would have worn sneakers."

"Excellence club was our favorite! Best meals at Magna restaurant inside the club. Bartender Jorge was amazing! He had our drinks ready as soon as he saw us enter the club. Outside of the club, we were greeted by every employee. At any time we felt we could ask and it would be given. Beach was beautiful. Food was tasty. Room was cleaned daily. Pools were amazing. Highly recommend this resort! "
