"Stayed here for 5 days 4 nights with my boyfriend. It was a beautiful resort. Buffet, steakhouse, and Asian restaurant are GREAT. Room service is good for room service. Italian restaurant is a skip. Drinks are good but it is house liquor so keep that in mind. If you book in serenity club you get a butler and ours was great! Helped us out with any inconvenience. Rooms are sooooo beautiful. Keep in mind there are very little younger adults and it’s more of a relax vacay "

"This property in general is hands down amazing! Food choices are amazing, location is amazing, clean rooms, pools, the whole resort! We ran into a cpl servers/workers that had horrible customer service but the good ones made up for it, especially Damian (outside bar) Alejandro (server) and Edgar and the lady that works during the day at the ice cream/ cafe place, they were hands down amazing people and we had a blast! Money well spent and definitely going to go back! The only biggest problem we had is if you are a smoker they say there are designated smoking areas and that is a complete lie, after your their they tell you that you have to go completely off property but yet they sell cigarettes and vapes in the resort but tell you that you cant smoke them. So there is some false advertising for sure, first time in mexico and that was partly why we pucked this place because they said designated smoking areas, but if your not a smoker the place is hands down awesome!"

"We stayed 4 nights. Staff was very friendly and the service was eexcellent. They don't work for tips but if you give it, it will be good for their service. Buffet has various foods and it was delicious. I enjoyed lot of foods. They have lots of events at the property. Plenty of bars, resturent, swimming pools. As property is very huge, they provide shuttle service. If you like to walk you have plenty of areas. Nature friendly property. Drinks are really tasty. You must drink magarita with tequila. I highly recommend this property. "
