"We enjoyed staying at this hotel within walking distance to many attractions. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is very good hot food, cereal, croissants etc. One issue was Dalhousie St close by the hotel this street seem to have quite a few druggies so we avoided it. "

"The hotel is very central, 2-3 minutes walk to CF Rideau Centre. It is at walking distance from the Parliament Hill. Tons of food and shopping options. The front desk staff were friendly. Good room service. The large pool was a plus. We'll definitely prefer to stay here again when visiting Ottawa. "

"Staff was lovely, gym was in great condition. Restaurant was very good as well. The shower head in my room was broken it didn’t stay up in the bar or facing up. Unfortunately I didn’t know this until I used it and changing rooms wasn’t an option. I let the front desk know and he took us very seriously and apologized. "

"There are aspects to this hotel that are quite good. The gym is good and service is good too. But the building could use upgrading in some areas, such as the pool. Access to the shopping mall through the hotel is very convenient as is the location to Parliament. I’ve been here for business stays and conferences (which they do an excellent job of hosting). Stay here on repeat."

"I reserved at Novotel but when we got at the hotel there was no electricity but they offered the option to go to Westin hotel.I really liked my stay at Westin. So my evaluation was for Westin."

"Beautiful hotel and area. Unfortunately our truck would not fit in the unground parking so we had to park on the road and pay extra for parking. Not a huge deal. Staff were very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend to friends and family :)"
