"The facility is very old. Especially the bathroom at the own room is not clean and comfortable at all. If the hotel wants to continue the business, it is high time to renew the facility. The buffet style dinner was so so. "

Highly recommended
Welcoming, helpful, great food, beautiful view.
The room pictures don’t do it justice. Clean, traditionally simple, and cozy. Great washroom w/ Good shower pressure!

One of the most cooperative and caring hosts I’ve ever met. Hiro was exceptional. Even though our stay was very short, he made every effort to accommodate all our needs. I highly recommend this resort.
The location was outstanding. You can enjoy beautiful views of Mt. Fuji directly from the room, or take a peaceful 5-minute walk to the nearby lake. With little to no crowd, the calm and serenity in the morning felt truly special. Compared to this area, Oishi Park felt a bit too crowded for my...

We were beyond impressed with our stay! The lake view was beautiful and looked exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean, modern, and spacious. We really appreciated and enjoyed the complimentary beverages (including alcohols), snacks, and even dessert cake! The only small hiccup was during the check-in process where after filling out all the information, we needed to be connected to a virtual agent for live verification. There was no agent available for about 5 minutes - we kept trying and...

Amazing hotel and food was heavenly. Note there’s no shuttle from the bus station (so have to take public transit or walk, which isn’t fun with all your luggage) as there are no taxis. Also there was dust in some parts of the room (doorway to washroom) and cobwebs on patio but otherwise really clean.

This was an incredible experience! The staff went above and beyond to provide a truly wonderful stay. The food was amazing, and the scenery simply sensational!

They provide shuttle bus at the train station. Look for a telephone station near the station exit of the train station. The hotel is very clean and stuff are friendly, and some of them speak English pretty well. Place is relaxing with many facilities, and food is very good. Highly recommended.
