It was overlooking the lake and next door to both the Rope-way (Tram up to Gora) and the Pirate ship (which goes back and forth to the south end of the lake). The area had less traffic and was much quieter than expected. The hotel is new, modern with a great spa / Onsen baths and option to include meal at their large very nice / tasty buffet on site (very convenient). The rooms are super clean and very comfortable if a bit austere. The staff were all fabulous. That is very convenient for people who wants to use the ropeway. The only downside is that once the ropeway station closed at 5 pm, there is nothing to do nearby. The property is very well maintained. Our room faced the lake. It is spacious and beautiful. We stayed two nights. The food at the buffet is excellent. If the food items in the buffet can be different for each night, that would be perfect. The services offered by the staff is top notch.
