"I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and divers as well as the super. The star were the open air baths. For those like me with their head in the clouds, the bath can be accessed from the 6th floor where the onsens desk is. I loved my stay. Thank you! "

"Very close to the Meitetsu station as we needed to head to the airport the next day. There is a Family Mart that is attached to the hotel which is convenient. The check in process is a bit odd where we were greeted by staff at the front reception to fill out information and then use the machine to get our card keys and room number. "The decor was just beautiful. Very modern. The staff were great, all very helpful and friendly. Great location. Our room was perfect. I could have stayed a lot longer. The onsen was wonderful. The only complaint would be that if you have expensive French champagne on the menu, keep it in the fridge! Especially on NYE. But other than that, this hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in."
