Did not use the onsen but looks very nice. We would definitely stay again if in the area. The happy hour with free coffee/tea and other non-alcoholic drinks was a nice touch. Very beautiful, modern, and clean. The only small drawback: there are only two small elevators to reach the reception. The rooms were very clean and the staff were among the friendliest to english speaking guests we have ever encountered in Japan. The publc bath has seperate traditional areas and a clothed mixed area, again very clean and amazing view from the top floor.
