"家族旅行で予約するも、まさかラブホテルだったとは。 駐車場のつくり、ロビーすべて一般的なラブホテル。正直詐欺にあった印象です。 流石に子連れで泊まるには微妙だったので、キャンセルできるか確認するも、クレジット前払いでキャンセルもできないとの回答。設定されている部屋代は、実際支払っていた金額よりもかなり安く、Hotel's Comの対応にも問題あり。 二度と泊まる気にはならない"

"Very close to the Meitetsu station as we needed to head to the airport the next day. There is a Family Mart that is attached to the hotel which is convenient. The check in process is a bit odd where we were greeted by staff at the front reception to fill out information and then use the machine to get our card keys and room number.
