« Worst hotel night ever. The only reason why people should book this hotel is because they have one of the most beautiful onsen in Japan, just on the side of the river. That night, the Typhoon Jebi had just passed over the hotel and when we arrived, there was not power or water anymore. I can’t blame them for that but we had to spend the night in total dark, without bathroom, with nothing to eat and of course no access to the onsen. « 接待人員睡覺，按了很多次鈴聲，才醒來，讓我們等了很久。房間臭蟲真的很多，並不是不能接受大自然的蟲，但感覺老闆沒有想要處理。員工抽煙，旅館內都是煙味。室外溫泉水溫不夠，出去泡湯很冷，接待人員搞不清楚房間人數，我們到了以後才開始鋪床，用品也是少很多東西，是一間非常不推薦的旅館，我還看到有人直接不住了，逃離這個旅館。如果沒有旅館，建議住附近的飯店，也不要選這一家旅館 »

« 酒店位處山中，十分寧靜風景良好，推介駕車到附近展望台觀景。SPA環境理想室外池日間遠觀山景，晚上望月色，絕對享受。膳食滿意職員態度良好，駕車到酒店有一大段山路，路窄彎多要小心，宜太陽下山前到酒店，否則晚上在山中駕車有點危險。房間是傳統日式十分滴意。 »
