« Great location, close to train station, 7 Eleven store right across from the building. 4 beds can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. It has both a shower and a bath tub. Heated water and Toilet seat warmer for winter. Gas stove worked perfectly. All amenities are included, towels etc. Internet worked flawlessly, 3 bins for trash all separated. Washer and also can dry clothes outside balcony. Everything was great. Thank you. »

« This place is a hidden gem. It's less than 10 minutes walk (we walk pretty fast) from the Fujisawa Station. On the way, there are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store. Our room was beautiful and spacious. We stayed in one of the rooms with a lift so it felt like a 2-bedroom for our party of 3\. "Nous avons été pleinement satisfait de notre séjour. La chambre était impeccable, le personnel particulièrement attentionné et les équipements de grande qualité. Avoir directement la station de la ligne Minato Mirai sous l’hôtel était extrêmement pratique. L’emplacement est idéal : les bus sont tout proches et permettent de rejoindre très facilement des lieux d’intérêt comme Chinatown ou le Red Brick Warehouse. Un séjour vraiment impeccable, merci !"

"Wonderful hotel, but as other reviewers said made to feel like a criminal for having a small tattoo at the spa. The irony is that my tattoo is Hawaiian and this is supposed to be a resort honoring Hawaiian culture. I followed instructions and covered it up, but I was only allowed to use the onsen at night (exceptionally) when all guests had left - I wasn’t allowed to use it the day after despite having paid full price for spa use."

"L’accueil et la chambre était parfait. Seul bémol un peu mal desservi par les transports depuis l’aéroport. Il faut vraiment repérer ou prendre la navette et où elle arrive à l’aéroport car en arrivant à l’aéroport pour aller à l’hôtel, nous avons dû prendre un taxi, car nous n’avons jamais trouvé la navette."

"Very close subway , hot springs was fantastic , very clean and great Hotel ,cleaning service was great . Having Family Mart at the 4 th floor was very convenient The view of my room not great, I saw other room looks better. I wish we could open the window but the person in charge said they can’t open the windows at this Apa Hotel in Yokohama so I respect that. I love my stay at this hotel "
