« The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! The area was very convenient, walking to the harbour...

« This was an excellent location for us to meet up with family. There were multiple separate seating areas which was nice for having so many people in our group. It afforded both community time and private time very comfortably. We did have to coordinate shower time, as we were used to having more than 1 full bathroom, but that seemed to work itself out well The half bath helped greatly especially because the sink was outside of toilet area.. »

"Le petit-déjeuner est une arnaque bien organisée. Jamais vu ça au Japon ! Il manque 90% de ce qui est affiché avec que des présentoirs vides. Mais leur technique est calculée, ils n’ajoute que quelques pièces à quelques rares plats et encore il faut demander. Ils mettent des photos de plein de bonnes choses et en dessous il n’y pas du tout ça. Par ex photo de plusieurs viennoiseries mais vous n’aurez que quelques minuscules tranches de pain au compte goutte. Le petit-déjeuner ferme à 9h30 mais dès 9h il ferme ! Nous sommes arrivés à 8h40 c’était déjà vide et nous avons compris l’arnaque, les autres clients autour de nous étaient aussi furieux… Les dames du petit-déjeuner n’amènent rien et ne vous proposeront rien. Scandaleux, un conseil fuyez. Jamais vu ça au Japon."

"Very close subway , hot springs was fantastic , very clean and great Hotel ,cleaning service was great . Having Family Mart at the 4 th floor was very convenient The view of my room not great, I saw other room looks better. I wish we could open the window but the person in charge said they can’t open the windows at this Apa Hotel in Yokohama so I respect that. I love my stay at this hotel "

"La chambre de 2205 à un vue magnifique, spacieuse, propre et les personnels sont très accueillant et gentils. Les équipements dans la chambre sont superbes il y a tout (crème pour visage et pour démaquillé, ect..) Mais les oreilles sont un peu dur pour moi. Je suis très contente de mes séjours 5 nuits et je reviendrai . MERCI "
