The irony is that my tattoo is Hawaiian and this is supposed to be a resort honoring Hawaiian culture. I followed instructions and covered it up, but I was only allowed to use the onsen at night (exceptionally) when all guests had left - I wasn’t allowed to use it the day after despite having paid full price for spa use."
