Very modern clean property. Staff were very courteous and helpful, and were able to communicate well enough in English, which we very much appreciated. Chinatown is just a few minutes' walk away,as is the Redbrick Building, which is old warehouses turned into shopping and restaurants. The Cup Noodle Museum is also that close; unfortunately it was closed the day we planned to go (Tuesday). There is a train station entry right outside the hotel entrance. Very fortunate to be the guest on a grand opening of the hotel. We only found out after checking in! The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming and the rooms were delightful. We only planned to stay there for one night but we just had to stay for another because the room and the view and the people in the accommodations were so amazing, top-notch five star. Personally, our favourite hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

It was a bit difficult to find and the entry to the elevators and doors to the Hotel room were a bit inconvenient, everything else was good. Nice clean hotel with laundry facilities within the room and full kitchen. Staff were also very good.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed with. Was disappointed that my room rate did not include access to the pool. Was not aware that such access came at a premium.
