The property itself was nice and the breakfasts were delicious. It was convenient to have a family mart in the hotel. The staff was wonderful and their English was good. They were attentive to our needs.
The big complaint, and the only complaint, we had was the temperature of our room. It was so hot we were very uncomfortable and could not sleep well. They control the temperature. We had a portable AC unit, but it didn’t work well enough to combat the heat. Our room was 80 degrees (27 degrees C). There was no place to go go sit outside the room to be in cooler environment. Because of this, I would not choose to stay there again.

Overall, the one thing that ruined the property for me was that there was no air conditioning to speak of in the rooms. Even with the portable fan they brought us our room was 30C or higher at all times even in the middle of the night. If you could open the window that could have saved it but they have broken all the handles off so you cant. We felt like we were in a sweltering sauna the whole time and started to get naucios from the heat if we stayed in the room for too long. Otherwise the hotel was fairly nice. The room was extreemly tiny but is to be expected i guess.
Small room with three twin beds. Barely enough room to walk. Bathroom extremely tiny with the sink extended over the bathtub. The air conditioning thermostat did not work and our room was hot! We were told that the hotel managed thermostats. Windows did not open so we couldn't even get a breeze. Pillows were hard as rocks and lm not exaggerating. We asked for softer ones and they gave us these heavy ones filled with some kind of plastic pellets that were no improvement at all. We ended up buying portable fans and fleece blankets to fold up as pillows.
Overall the hotel was very good.
Great location! Staff was very nice & helpful. The room was very warm though. Air conditioning needed to be turned on by hotel for guests to be comfortable. Rooms are small but we were aware when choosing.
